High Performance 10% concentration SG (seeded gel) ceramic abrasive.

Medium concentration of SELF SHARPENING microcrystalline abrasive.

Versatile abrasive mix gives high stock removal rate and long lasting wheel performance.

Sharper than conventional white aluminium oxide.

Suitable for grinding a variety of hardened steels.

Surface, internal, tool & cutter, lathe tool post etc.

Ceramic Abrasive (10%)

Premier abrasive wheel containing 10% concentration ceramic abrasive. A premium self sharpening microcrystalline abrasive for toolroom production - suitable for longer production runs. High stock removal rate and long lasting wheel performance. Suited for higher horse power machines to achieve high stock removal rates without metal damage. Suitable for grinding variety of very hard and tough tool steels including D2, M2, M3, Vanadis 4, Carrs DC 53, Crusteel CPM15V & Nimonic alloys.
