Offhand bench/pedestal grinding wheel.

300 x 40 x 31.75mm (12"x1½”x1¼”)
Type 1 straight.
FINE GRIT A100 (MEDV).
Regular blue aluminium oxide.
Very tough form of aluminium oxide abrasive.
Can be blue or brown in colour.
