WA 80JV Type 1 Straight Grinding Wheel

• Surface finish is dependent on grit size. This 80 grit wheel will achieve a minimum surface finish of 8-16 CLA (µinch), 0.2-0.40 RA (µmm).
• Corner form radius is dependent on grit size. This 80 grit wheel can achieve and maintain a minimum form radius of 0.40mm (0.016").

Suitable for light grinding of steels of all kinds, typically up to hardness HRc 62.

Characteristically cool cutting & burn free - typically used for grinding tool steels, die steels, hardened & heat sensitive steels.
