WA 60KV Type 1 Straight Grinding Wheel

Suitable for light grinding of steels of all kinds, typically up to hardness HRc 62.

Characteristically cool cutting & burn free - typically used for grinding tool steels, die steels, hardened & heat sensitive steels.

 

Surface finish is dependent on grit size. This 60 grit wheel will achieve a minimum surface finish of 14-26 CLA (µinch), 0.35-0.70 RA (µmm).

Corner form radius is dependent on grit size. This 60 grit wheel can achieve and maintain a minimum form radius of 0.50mm (0.020").

 

Bore reducing bushes available free of charge - please ADD NOTE at checkout - specify which bush size you require.
